  1. Thanks so much, the biggest risk is not taking any risk. That tip touched me. I remember when I was starting to think of the business I could do with my then little money. By then it was 9m. The thought which came to my mind was” I think I can buy a plot of 4m and resale it for profits and I can use the 5m to buy 2 used bodabodas at 2.5m each” that’s what I did. I bought the plot at 4m and put it on the market, but the customers I got were giving me the exact money I bought the plot, after like 4 customers giving me the exact money which I bought the plot I decided to sell it with no profits.

Then I bought another plot in another place/ village, in a period of 3weeks I sold that plot at 9m. Wow. That’s where I started and up to now I can tell you, I have so many plots, Tittled land and houses. All from that plot of 4m.

But Sir the problem I have is that some people when they see me because I’m a woman they undergrade me, there is a man who has refused to give me my land titles and it’s now 3 years. I have no one to talk to about it. Can I get any help?

Thanx for sharing with us your experience. It’s really inspirational.

On the issue of Land titles, you need to contact the authorities in your area for help.

By these (authorities) I mean the chairperson, police and coat of arms if possible.
